Targeting antibodies

Novel caveolae-specific targeting antibodies enable therapeutic agents to penetrate rapidly and specifically into diseased tissue, such as tumors and fibrotic lung.

Opportunity

We can facilitate drug development by rendering candidate compounds or existing therapeutic agents more efficacious through enhanced delivery mediated by our targeting antibodies.  Antibody-drug conjugates, small molecules, radionuclides, therapeutic antibodies, and nanoparticles have been successfully targeted for improved delivery and tissue penetration.
